About the Role
Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for enterprise customers. You will turn customer requirements into reliable, high-quality agent implementations and work with internal product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to improve the platform based on real-world needs.
What You'll Do
- Own the technical execution of customer AI agent builds, from initial scoping and systems design through implementation and evaluation.
- Work with customer stakeholders to define success and translate requirements into clear build plans.
- Configure agent components, build and validate integrations, and help ensure agents perform reliably at scale.
- Coordinate with internal teams to share customer feedback, surface platform gaps, and support ongoing improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Typically 3 to 10 or more years of relevant experience, including work at a technically complex B2B SaaS company, or strong engineering fundamentals and relevant experience.
- Ability to write Python code and experience working with APIs and building integrations.
- Track record of shipping technical solutions end to end for customers.
- Clear, polished communication and the ability to work effectively with senior technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-moving environment and focused on technical delivery.
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows is valuable.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable technical background is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is CAD $150,000 to $200,000 annually.
Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, California.
