About the Role
Join an early-stage AI company building autonomous systems for video creative generation. As one of the first engineers, you will work closely with the founders to build a self-serve platform and help deliver product features for customers.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship the web platform across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Develop self-serve tools for generating launch videos, sales videos, and localized marketing campaigns.
- Help shape the product roadmap while contributing hands-on engineering work.
- Integrate LLM-powered agents and creative generation pipelines into a polished user experience.
- Support customer needs while rapidly prototyping and iterating on features.
What We're Looking For
- Zero to three years of full-stack engineering experience, including experience beyond internships.
- Experience at an early-stage, engineering-led startup, as a founding engineer, or as a founder.
- Strong full-stack skills shipping production web applications, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with LLM-powered applications and agent architectures.
- Ability to explain technical decisions and provide thoughtful input on product and company direction.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a background outside scientific discovery or lab-based work.
Visa sponsorship is not available.
- Experience with video or creative tools, human-in-the-loop learning, or reinforcement learning from human feedback is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $175,000 to $275,000 annually.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, United States.
