Founder’s Associate – Operations & AI (all genders)

Internally, we are on the path to becoming an AI-native organization. Our company knowledge resides in a Git repo, from which AI draws and works, and which updates itself via feedback loops. Inbound requests, pod reports, support triage, and call recaps are handled by agents and automations that we built ourselves. More than 20 of these are in production.

In this role, you are responsible for the backbone of TradeLink: the systems and processes in Operations, People, Finance, and GTM that all teams rely on every day. You will drive AI projects across the entire company and make our processes leaner, faster, and more efficient. In doing so, you will gain insight into all areas of the company, from sales, product, and customers to People and Finance.

You will work directly with our CEO and founder Tobias and with Daniel, our Chief of Staff and AI Enablement Manager, making the company a little better every week. For you, this role is a stepping stone: from here, you can develop into any area of the company that suits you.

After 90 days

After 12 to 18 months, you will be responsible for an area yourself. We will decide together where that leads: GTM Engineering, Operations, AI Transformation Consultant for customers, Product Builder, or the path toward Chief of Staff.

The role is not a fit if

Plus points: Experience in recruiting, People Operations, billing, or Finance Operations, an outbound campaign you have run yourself, Git and Markdown, some Python or SQL, HubSpot.

• Building from week 1: Claude, ChatGPT, and the tool budget your builds need, and a manager who builds themselves.
