Your Role as a Software Engineer: Shaping Innovative Solutions with Code
In our agile team, you will develop modern web applications and AI features. You will build scalable architectures, integrate Machine-Learning-APIs and create intuitive user experiences. We primarily work with TypeScript, Next.js and React or with Python and FastAPI – but new ideas and a cool tech stack are always welcome.

- Development & Optimization of modern & user-centric web apps (Frontend & Backend) using technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, and Python
- Integration of AI technologies to enhance user experience in close collaboration with other teams to develop innovative solutions for real-world problems
- Optimization of web applications for scalability, speed, and performance, and ensuring code quality through testing, debugging, and optimization
- Creation of libraries & packages that provide real added value
- Research & implementation of innovative use cases with state-of-the-art AI technologies, from Large Language Models to Vision Transformers
- Participation in code reviews and active contribution to development processes
- Creative problem-solving – including for Machine-Learning tasks
- Learning & Growth: Participation in weekly workshops on Software Engineering & Machine Learning
Minimum requirements
We are looking for developers with an ownership mindset & strong execution skills:
- Completed degree in (Business) Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in web or software development with an interest in full-stack development
- Enjoyment in bringing features from idea to clean production release
- Experience with CI/CD and automated testing
- Very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and hands-on mentality
- Interest in AI topics such as LLM-APIs, RAG, Vector Search, and motivation to delve into vision models
Your Compensation
For this position, we offer a fixed salary in the range of 50,000 to 60,000 EUR per year, depending on your individual strengths and experience.
