Job Description

As a Technical CRM & Data Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the management and execution of Customer Data & CRM projects. The focus will be on the holistic further development of our Customer Data & Analytics Architecture and our Customer Engagement Platform, as well as the data-based and infrastructural optimization of our CRM processes.

Your specific contributions

  1. CRM Project Management: Planning, steering, and implementation of functional and technical CRM projects, as well as continuous, holistic development of the Customer Data Architecture.
  1. CRM Administration: Administration, configuration, and optimization of our Customer Engagement Platform (Braze), including segment management, workflows, and campaign logic.
  1. Cloud & Data Architecture: Conception, setup, and further development of the CRM data architecture in the cloud environment (Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery).
  1. Data Processing: Responsibility for data preparation and processing to ensure high data quality for downstream CRM processes.
  1. Reporting & Dashboarding: Creation, maintenance, and further development of dashboards for steering and performance measurement of CRM measures (e.g., Data Studio, SAC).
  1. Customer Analytics: Execution of data-driven ad-hoc analyses based on BigQuery to derive relevant recommendations for action.
  1. Authorization Management: Management of authorization concepts (IAM) within the analytics and cloud infrastructure.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration: Close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners for the technical implementation of data-driven measures.

Qualifications

  1. Successfully completed studies in business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable field.
  1. Sound knowledge in handling customer data systems (e.g., CDP, Operational CRM, CDA) and practical experience with cloud architectures, data preparation, and processing (especially GCP / BigQuery).
  1. Experience in the CRM environment and in handling customer engagement and marketing platforms – preferably Braze.
  1. Experience in project management, particularly in steering functional and technical CRM-related projects.
  1. Experience in building dashboards and reporting (e.g., Looker Studio, SAC, or similar).
  1. SQL knowledge is desirable.
  1. Analytical, structured, and data-driven working style with the ability to present complex contexts in an understandable way.
  1. High communication skills, initiative, quality awareness, and interest in digital trends, e-commerce, and innovative CRM technologies.
