The Gennevilliers Campus is the hub for the design, development, and support of major defense systems: radiocommunications, resilient network and infrastructure systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is easily accessible by public transport.

Within the Waveform Department (DFO), responsible for the engineering of radio communication waveforms and protocols, you will join the IVVQ team (comprising between 7 and 10 employees), led by the technical lot manager (EWPM).

As the Head of Aerospace Waveform IVVQ, you will manage the team and activities responsible for the Integration and Validation of UHF Aerospace waveforms for our French and export clients. You will interface with specification teams and other IVVQ platforms (Communication Unit and System Test Platform (PES)).

More specifically, you will:

  1. Define and adjust the test strategy to verify waveform compliance with functional and performance system requirements,
  1. Ensure technical coordination of IVVQ to integrate and validate functional and performance requirements on radio terminals using the test platform,
  1. Lead the day-to-day IVVQ team (task allocation, monitoring, support),
  1. Write, review, and validate test plans and results,
  1. Provide support to the UC and PES teams for the radios,
  1. Conduct IVVQ reviews and lot reporting (updating schedule/means/resources in support of the EWPM, tracking critical issues, managing risks and action plans),
  1. Contribute to product policy in support of the EWPM (delivery schedule).

Your Profile

  1. With an Engineering degree/Bac+5, you have at least 5 years of experience as an IVVQ Manager or at least 8 years of experience in System/Product integration and verification or in waveform development?
  1. Do you master the development process and System Engineering with its IVVQ component?
  1. Do you have solid skills in radiocommunications, embedded software, waveforms, and/or communication protocols?
  1. Are you familiar with engineering tools (Jira, Doors, Polarion, Capella suite)?
  1. Do your peers recognize your analytical skills, your ability to lead teams and challenge them in the pursuit of optimization, your rigor, and your tenacity?
  1. Are you fluent in English?
