Main Responsibilities
- Act in pre-sales technical support for Information Security solutions.
- Gather technical and business requirements to support the design of security solutions with partners and clients;
- Support the development of architectures and technical proposals;
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations (demos) of security solutions;
- Support the execution of Proofs of Concept (POCs), following up from setup to client validation;
- Work together with the commercial team to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities;
- Support partners in the adoption and better utilization of the offered solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields;
- Previous experience in pre-sales or technical support in Information Security;
- Knowledge of networks, infrastructure, and virtualization;
- Experience or familiarity with Cybersecurity solutions
- Intermediate English (reading and participation in technical meetings).
