Job Description

We are at an important moment of digital evolution for our commercial platforms, expanding engineering maturity, collaboration between teams, and operational efficiency within the Salesforce ecosystem.
We are looking for someone to act as a Salesforce Technical Lead, with strong technical leadership and an essential role in the evolution of the company's Salesforce solutions.
This position will be responsible for the technical aspects involved in the delivery of projects and support of strategic applications, acting from development and solution definition to the technical coordination of the teams involved in the full delivery cycle.
We expect someone with extensive experience in software development and the Salesforce ecosystem, capable of balancing approximately 60% of their time in hands-on technical work—supporting architecture, development, troubleshooting, and critical decisions—and 40% technically coordinating squads and partners, ensuring quality, governance, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Technically lead Salesforce squads responsible for the evolution, support, and delivery of critical business solutions;
- Act as the primary technical reference for developers and external partners, ensuring best practices in development, architecture, and governance;
- Coordinate the full development cycle—from technical understanding of the demand to deployment, support, and stabilization in production;
- Work in partnership with business, architecture, and solution design teams to translate strategic needs into scalable and sustainable solutions;
- Support prioritization, technical estimates, troubleshooting of critical incidents, and definition of technical approaches for integrations and customizations;
- Ensure technical documentation, integration plans, and alignment between onshore and offshore teams;
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational efficiency using agile methodologies and modern engineering practices;
- Operate in a global context, interacting with international stakeholders and partners in English;
- Influence the team's technical evolution through the adoption of new practices, automations, and the strategic use of AI applied to the software development cycle.
Qualifications
Required
- Solid experience with Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components;
- Previous experience acting as a technical reference, Tech Lead, or technical leader of development squads;
- Experience with integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON, and distributed architectures;
- Knowledge of GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and modern development and code governance practices;
- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills for both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Advanced English for working in a global environment;
- Experience working in agile and collaborative environments, with a focus on continuous delivery and operational improvement;
- Hands-on, analytical profile with the ability to work under pressure in critical production scenarios;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Preferred
- Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer I/II;
- Experience with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Commerce Cloud;
- Experience in digital transformation and modernization contexts for corporate platforms;
- Knowledge or experience with AI tools applied to software engineering and productivity gains in the development cycle;
- Experience with loyalty platforms, incentive programs, CRM, or customer relationship journeys will be considered a plus;
- Previous experience in agribusiness or in companies with complex operations and enterprise environments will be considered a plus;
- Advanced Spanish;
- Experience coordinating partners and distributed/offshore teams.
