Job Role: Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will work alongside a passionate and creative team of Pre-Builders, UX designers, architects and developers to bring our next-generation Payroll capabilities to market. You’ll make them easier to use while helping our clients stay compliant, manage costs, and save time. You will work closely with internal partners, clients, architects, developers, and subject matter experts across the entire product development lifecycle – from problem definition and technical solutioning through design, development, launch, adoption and continuous improvement.

To thrive in this role, you must have deep Payroll domain expertise, strong technical acumen, take command of your product, lead multiple teams’ efforts, and be a deep listener who can ask the right clarifying questions to understand the problems your stakeholders are trying to solve.
