Scope of Work
As a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d), you will support our clients in the successful planning, management, and implementation of complex digital projects. You will work at the intersection of client, department, and development teams, ensuring that projects are executed in a structured, transparent, and goal-oriented manner. You will keep an eye on time, budget, and quality, ensuring the smooth progress of projects.
Here is what you can expect:
- You will plan, manage, and execute demanding digital projects in the areas of digital marketing, web portals, content platforms, and e-commerce
- You will advise our clients on the implementation of their digital initiatives and serve as their central point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle
- You will independently handle project planning, coordinate schedules, create reports, and ensure transparent communication between all project stakeholders
- You will develop calculations, project timelines, presentations, and proposals, thereby creating the foundation for successful project implementation
- You will plan and facilitate workshops and coordination meetings, and actively support the development of suitable digital solutions
- You will keep track of budgets, resources, and project goals at all times and identify potential for optimization
Minimum requirements
Your Qualifications
- You have experience in digital project management, ideally in an agency environment
- You bring sound knowledge of requirements management as well as the management of complex digital projects
- You have experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- You are proficient in using project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365
- You have a good technical understanding of digital platforms, web applications, CMS, or e-commerce systems
- You possess strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a confident demeanor when dealing with clients and stakeholders
- You have experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar applications) and use them efficiently in your daily project work
