Job Description
- You analyze and prepare data for decision-making foundations – from ad-hoc evaluations and reports to KPI dashboards.
- You act as a bridge between departments, IT/development, and management, ensuring everyone speaks the same language.
- You translate business requirements into structured, actionable user stories, epics, or specifications.
- You actively contribute to the further development of our internal tools, systems, and workflows.
- You independently take on the execution and responsibility for results for individual projects.
Qualifications
- You have a completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable education and bring at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, or in a comparable role with a sales focus.
- You have a good understanding of sales processes and KPIs, ideally in the media, advertising, or digital environment.
- You have already gained experience in requirements analysis and documentation (user stories, process modeling, etc.) and are proficient with analysis and visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or QlikView.
- You have very good MS-Excel skills and are well-versed in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- You approach tasks pragmatically, with a customer- and service-oriented mindset, communicate confidently at various levels, and possess good German language skills.
