- You analyze and prepare data for decision-making – from ad-hoc analyses and reports to KPI dashboards.
- You act as a link between specialist departments, IT/development, and management, ensuring everyone speaks the same language.
- You translate business requirements into structured, actionable user stories, epics, or specifications.
- You actively participate in the further development of our internal tools, systems, and working methods.
- You independently take responsibility for the execution and results of individual projects.
Qualifications
- You have a completed degree in business administration or business informatics, or a comparable qualification, and at least 2 years of experience as a business analyst, sales analyst, or in a comparable role with a sales focus.
- You have a good understanding of sales processes and KPIs, ideally in the media, advertising, or digital environment.
- You already have experience in requirements analysis and documentation (user stories, process modeling, etc.) and are proficient with analysis and visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or QlikView.
- You have very good MS-Excel skills and are familiar with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- You approach tasks pragmatically and with a customer and service orientation, communicate confidently at various levels, and have good German language skills.
