What it's like to be a Software Engineer II
- Act in the planning, execution, and prioritization of complex problems related to the financial sector and/or engineering platform products;
- Be a reference for decision-making regarding solution details;
- Assist the team in solving problems without a well-defined scope and collaborate with cross-functional teams, aiming for collaboration among all involved in the project;
- Provide suggestions and raise constructive criticism, contributing to technical decisions and thus disseminating technical knowledge within the team;
- Define and autonomously deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects, often involving inter-team dependencies;
Minimum requirements
What we expect from you
- Software development with C#
- Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures;
- Solid knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles;
- Solid knowledge in unit and integration testing;
- Use git naturally and know gitflow;
- Knowledge of Docker and Containerization;
- Experience with Observability tools such as Elastic Search/Datadog;
- Be able to produce clean and maintainable code;
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and their practical applications, especially Kanban and/or Scrum;
- Use of AI in the development process.
What increases your chances
- Public and private clouds such as Azure, and Google Cloud;
- Knowledge of messaging models, such as: Service Bus, RabbitMQ or Kafka;
- Knowledge of approaches such as: Microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture;
