THIS IS THE TASK

Support in the development and implementation of data analyses within the scope of the global customer data strategy

Development and expansion of data analytics use cases & dashboards to support marketing & sales decisions, including for the analysis and optimization of customer satisfaction

Data preparation, modeling, and visualization with tools such as Python, PySpark, and Power BI

Conducting exploratory data analyses to identify patterns and trends in customer behavior

As part of our overarching Data Analytics team, close collaboration with, among others, our Product Owners, Data Analysts, Data Scientists & Data Engineers

Studies in computer science (business or technical) or comparable fields of study

Initial experience with common tools for data analysis & visualization (ideally with Microsoft Power BI and Python)

Analytical, creative & solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a hands-on mentality

Team player with enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, ideally with prior experience in an agile environment

Practical prior knowledge in the field of Data Analytics or Data Science is an advantage
