Description
- Deploy, configure, manage, and optimize various applications in use at Station Casinos and work in an Agile Team environment with other Engineers to deliver application capabilities as described in the product backlog.
- Work in an agile team environment with other Engineers to deliver application features and functions as described in product backlog user stories.
- Accept guidance from Team Members, Guild leaders, and Mentors to build skills and work-related knowledge and abilities.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in an enterprise environment with demonstrable proficiency in at least two of the major products in use at Station Casinos preferred.
Minimum requirements
- Working knowledge in Hospitality, Gaming and/or Accounting applications, including but not limited to POS, property management systems (PMS), Spa, Access Control, ADP, ERP, Oracle HR, IGT Gaming systems, Genesis, Stadium, Miomni, Everi, and others.
- Working knowledge of agile principles and practices.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Stakeholders, Team Members. Product Owners, and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Must be able to work on call as required.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
