In this role, you will
- Support the execution of activities related to Datacenter environments, performing studies, surveys, analyses, proposals, and configurations of greater complexity or scope, related to performance, tuning, improvements, capacity planning, security analysis, change planning, improvement recommendations, and critical or complex configurations related to Datacenter environments.;•
- Attend to and resolve incidents related to operating systems, physical and logical servers, involved assets, and any items that make up the infrastructure;
