In this role, you will
- Install and maintain aerial and underground optical networks (cables, accessories, and equipment);
- Lay, remove, reorganize, and splice optical cables and drop cables;
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, IP Telephony, and monitoring cameras;
- Perform tests and diagnostics using OTDR, Power Meter, fusion splicer, and other instruments;
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on optical networks, shelters, and associated infrastructure;
- Deploy and maintain infrastructure, including ducts, grounding, and optical terminal boxes;
- Respond to emergency repairs, identifying and resolving network failures;
- Comply with safety standards, organize the work environment, and perform activities related to the position.
Minimum requirements
Required for this opportunity
- High school diploma;
- Technical knowledge in the Telecom area;
- Availability to travel;
- Possess a B driver's license;
