Work Mode: Field Service - São Paulo/SP
Schedule: 13:00 to 22:00 (Mon/Fri)
In this role, you will
Field Services Technician with knowledge in Windows support, hardware, and basic infrastructure knowledge (cable routing, crimping, rack identification), with your own vehicle. The role is within the metropolitan region of São Paulo.
It is ideal if you have
- Completed High School
- Knowledge in technical support for Windows operating systems;
- Knowledge in hardware maintenance and diagnostics;
- Basic knowledge in IT infrastructure, including cable routing, crimping, and rack cabling identification;
- Own vehicle for travel between service calls;
- Availability for on-site work at client locations in the metropolitan region of São Paulo.
