We have an opportunity for Information Technology professionals to work as a Support Technician (Asset Management), in a 100% on-site model, in Brasília – DF. This opportunity is also open to People with Disabilities (PwD) and professionals rehabilitated by the INSS.
We are looking for organized, proactive, and collaborative professionals who are interested in supporting the operation of IT equipment in a data center environment, contributing to the organization, identification, and control of equipment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09h00 to 18h00, with a break from 13h00 to 14h00.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Receive and verify IT equipment;
- Organize and maintain equipment storage and quarantine rooms;
- Conduct inspections to verify equipment conditions and identify potential faults or irregularities;
- Identify and register equipment in operational control systems;
- Support the organization, storage, and movement of equipment in data center environments;
- Assist the team with activities related to infrastructure and structured cabling;
- Monitor the organization and maintenance conditions of technical rooms;
- Record information and incidents according to established procedures;
- Support the team in executing operational routines, contributing to the organization and continuity of services;
- Comply with safety and work environment organization procedures and guidelines.
REQUIRED FOR THE OPPORTUNITY
- Technical degree in Informatics, Information Technology, or related fields, or a completed degree in IT;
- Professional experience related to the Information Technology area, technical support, or operational activities with equipment;
- Organization and attention to detail for verifying, identifying, and controlling equipment;
- Ability to follow procedures and identify situations that require correction;
- Initiative, punctuality, and commitment to activities;
- Good communication and willingness to work collaboratively and in a team.
IT WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience in data center environments;
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and structured cabling;
- Experience with receiving, storing, inventorying, or controlling equipment;
- Knowledge of ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow or similar systems;
- Familiarity with inventory and IT asset management systems.
