In this role, you will
- Install, configure, modify, and test network equipment.
- Support the operation and maintenance of network services.
- Identify and resolve faults in equipment and connections.
- Log incidents, downtime periods, and changes made to the network.
- Follow established technical procedures and standards.
- Work in a team to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
It is ideal if you have
- Technical vocational course or equivalent training in networking or technology.
- More than 1 year of experience in related activities.
- A higher education degree in Computer Networking or Systems Analysis and Development will be considered a plus, including for those currently enrolled.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ease of working in a team and good interpersonal skills.
- Driver's license (CNH) required.
