Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead IT Governance as the first line, acting in the definition, implementation, and evolution of controls.
  1. Structure and maintain IT Governance, Risk, and Controls (IT GRC) frameworks, aligned with corporate strategy and technological risks.
  1. Support IT technical areas in implementing ITGC, information security, access management, change, incident, and continuity controls.
  1. Act as a focal point between IT, Internal Controls, Compliance, Risks, and Audit, ensuring clarity of roles among the lines of defense.
  1. Conduct internal assessments of IT processes, security, and governance maturity, proposing continuous improvement plans.
  1. Monitor and support compliance with regulatory and normative requirements (e.g., LGPD, SOx, regulatory body standards) from the perspective of IT operational compliance.
  1. Define, monitor, and report IT governance, risk, and control indicators to area leadership.
  1. Support the preparation of evidence, responses, and action plans for internal and external audits, without performing audits.
  1. Develop IT policies, standards, and procedures related to governance, security, risks, and controls.
  1. Promote the training of IT teams on topics of governance, risks, controls, and information security.
  1. Lead a technical or functional team focused on IT governance and controls, performing performance management and development.

Mandatory Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (or related fields).
  1. Solid experience in IT Governance, IT Internal Controls, or IT GRC, acting as the first line.
  1. Practical experience with ITGC, IT risk management, and information security.
  1. Applied knowledge of frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ITIL, COSO, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000, NIST, and CIS.
  1. Experience interacting with Internal Controls, Compliance, and Audit areas.
  1. Ability to translate regulatory and normative requirements into IT operational processes and controls.
  1. Communication skills with managers, technical specialists, and executive leadership.
  1. Intermediate English for technical reading.

Preferred

  1. Postgraduate degree or specialization in IT Governance, Cybersecurity, or Data Governance.
  1. Certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, Information Security, or GRC.
  1. Experience in regulated environments (finance, energy, telecom, etc.).
  1. Knowledge of LGPD, SOx, and regulator requirements.
  1. Experience with ITSM, GRC, or risk management tools.
  1. Knowledge of SAP environments (e.g., controls, access, Basis).
