We count on you to…
- Explore and extract value from our internal databases, with a focus on customer information and consumption behaviours;
- Evaluate and measure the impact of loyalty programme initiatives, supporting the definition of more effective strategies;
- Produce and report management information for different areas of the company, ensuring clarity and relevance in the KPIs;
- Conduct end-to-end business analyses: from problem decomposition and analysis definition, through data extraction and processing, to communicating conclusions and recommendations;
- Structure and optimise existing information, identifying limitations and proposing improvements in how data is organised and used;
- Generate actionable insights that help improve internal processes and operational efficiency, while supporting the evolution of the value propositions of our businesses, brands and services.

Minimum requirements

- University degree in Management, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or a similar field;
- 3–4 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence;
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to explore and interpret large volumes of data;
- Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and the ability to turn complex data into clear and strategic stories.
