We are counting on you to…
- Develop and implement analytical models and algorithms applied to real supply chain problems involving cost trade-offs among different stakeholders;
- Analyze large volumes of operational data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement;
- Develop decision support solutions, transforming analytical results into concrete recommendations for business teams;
- Design and validate management indicators that allow continuous monitoring and improvement of supply chain processes;
- Collaborate with teams involved in the supply chain to understand business challenges and design analytical solutions adapted to operational reality;
- Present results and methodologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and a focus on decision-making.
Minimum requirements
So, bring with you…
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in analytical roles, ideally with involvement in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Business Analytics projects;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields;
- Solid knowledge of applied Statistics (e.g., predictive models and time series);
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development;
- Solid experience in SQL for data extraction and manipulation;
- Ability to structure complex problems and transform them into robust analytical solutions;
- Ease in communicating technical results to diverse audiences, with a focus on actionable recommendations for the business;
- Analytical thinking and rigor in problem-solving;
- Curiosity to explore data beyond the obvious and question assumptions;
- Autonomy to manage projects from start to finish, comfortable navigating ambiguous environments;
- Collaborative spirit and motivation to work closely with business teams.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or operational areas will be valued, although it is not an exclusionary requirement;
