About the opportunity

A large public organization within the Quebec healthcare network is looking for a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst. You will act as the technical reference for M365 and Entra ID identity management, providing client support and driving continuous improvement of processes and technological architectures.

Implement new processes (diagrams, documentation), for example for investigations conducted with eDiscovery

Implement a review process for applications already registered in Entra ID

Integrate applications managed with M365 identity into Entra ID

Identify operational risks and recommend improvements to processes and architectures

Contribute to technological planning and coordinate or supervise the technical work of teams or projects

Take charge of critical or high-impact operational situations

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Experience

10 years or more of relevant IT experience

Experience as a senior analyst and as a technical reference in your field

Significant experience in complex or large-scale environments

Demonstrated experience in managing critical or high-impact operational situations

Experience in coordination or technical supervision of teams or projects

Experience in improving processes or technological architectures, identifying operational risks, and technological planning

Experience in supporting clients through IAM processes and processing requests via tickets

Experience in implementing processes (diagrams, documentation, eDiscovery)

Experience in reviewing and integrating applications into Entra ID (M365 identity)

Knowledge

Very good knowledge of M365

Very good knowledge of security and Entra ID

Good experience with SQL

Global vision of technological services

Advanced proficiency in French, both oral and written

Assets
