Do you have the ability to connect business vision with technological success?
We are looking for a Bilingual Requirements Analyst (Senior) with 4 to 6 years of experience, C1 English level, and experience in requirements gathering, technical documentation (BDD/Gherkin, BRD/FRD), process modeling (BPMN, UML), and backlog management (Jira, Azure DevOps).
You will have the opportunity to become the strategic link between our international clients and the engineering teams, ensuring fluid communication and directly impacting the construction of high-value solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with international stakeholders to understand business objectives and processes.
- Write detailed User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria (BDD/Gherkin format), functional specification documents (BRD/FRD), and use case diagrams.
- Work alongside Product Owners and Scrum Masters in refining, estimating, and prioritizing the Product Backlog using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Map current business processes (As-Is) and design optimized future workflows (To-Be) under standard notations (BPMN, UML).
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to validate test cases, maintain the traceability matrix, and support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure fluid communication in English between non-technical business profiles and technical architecture and development teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience as a Senior Requirements Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Availability for a 4-month project under a service provision model.
Technical Knowledge
- Excellent level of English (for technical and business communication)
- Documentation methodologies and acceptance criteria (BDD / Gherkin)
- Documentation of functional and technical specifications (BRD / FRD)
- Project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
