The position will be based predominantly in Brasília/DF, with part of the time foreseen for São Paulo/SP, which, to facilitate visualization of the expectation, will be approximately 75/25 of the time.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in digital business development, sales management, or similar role, with a focus on digital technology solutions and services;
- Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, including digital payment solutions, data traceability, AI-based solutions, and other related digital technologies;
- Proven experience in selling technology-based solutions to government and/or private sector clients. Knowledge of public sector decision-making processes and how they apply to digital transformation;
- Established network within the digital technology ecosystem, including connections with digital technology providers, startups, and government digital transformation offices;
- Track record of success in identifying, negotiating, and closing digital business opportunities and managing long-term client relationships;
- Ability to work across functional teams, collaborating with product development, marketing, and engineering to drive strategic business initiatives;
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to rapidly changing market dynamics, with the ability to identify new digital opportunities and execute plans effectively;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with high-level stakeholders, partners, and clients to effectively influence and persuade;
- Fluent English (will be tested);
- High energy and stamina to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders;
- Ability to operate autonomously and independently, following the general guidelines of SICPA South America's local Institutional and Commercial Strategy, as well as working collaboratively within a global team environment.
