Responsible for acting strategically in the modernization and automation of processes in the Input area, promoting operational efficiency gains, reduction of manual activities, improvement of controls, and increased team productivity. You will be a key player in the transformation of the current structure into a leaner, digital, and focused on

- review and redesign operational processes for the Input area
- Identify automation opportunities and lead continuous improvement projects
- Act in the implementation of systemic solutions and digital tools
- Integrate workflows between areas (Tax, Accounting, Procurement, IT and
- Controllership) Develop and monitor performance and productivity indicators
- Ensure process compliance and quality of processed information
- Support the standardization of workflows and data governance
- Lead robotization (RPA) initiatives, automation of entries and system integrations
- Be a technical reference for the team, supporting analysts and assistants
- Support management in the transition to a more analytical and technological structure
