We are looking for our next Jr Developer - Project ATLAS:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and prototype AI Agents for workflow automation and user experience enhancement.
- Optimize the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) through advanced use of AI-powered IDEs like Cursor or Copilot.
- Collaborate in the design of scalable architectures and the consumption of APIs for the integration of language models (LLMs).
- Participate in defining technical requirements with a Customer-Centric approach.
- Execute unit tests and code reviews focused on software quality and security.
Requirements
Your Profile (Requirements)
- Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Recent graduate or within 3 months of graduation).
- Solid foundations in software development with Java (OOP).
- Hands-on experience or academic projects using AI-powered development IDEs like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
- Demonstrable knowledge or interest in the development and deployment of AI Agents.
- Solid command of relational databases (SQL).
- Proficiency in version control with Git.
- Proactivity and Autonomy to propose solutions and learn new AI tools.
- Empathy and Active Listening to understand and translate client needs into code.
- Effective Communication to explain technical concepts to diverse profiles.
- Resilience and adaptability to rapid changes in the project environment.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery.
- Technological DNA: Deep understanding of the difference between programming and engineering.
