Business Process Consulting Associate plays a fundamental role in translating client vision into innovative and practical solutions. They support the mapping of business processes and solution requirements, assisting in the transformation to the Intelligent Enterprise by applying best practices, advanced methodologies, and SAP standards.
This role involves the design and configuration of SAP solutions, whether on-premise, in the cloud, or hybrid, for various industries and lines of business.
This professional supports consulting projects through activities such as support, solution review, problem-solving, and involvement in partner-led projects. Additionally, they present SAP and industry best practices, conduct training for client teams, and document services rendered. Their work ensures successful implementations of the SAP service portfolio, supporting solution testing and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Business Process Development and Implementation
- Create and implement detailed processes, encouraging innovation and standardizing offered services.
- Design specific processes for different industries or companies, ensuring alignment with best practices and SAP's Intelligent Enterprise strategy.
- Identify essential business services and recommend SAP and third-party solutions, ensuring their integration with the client's processes, applications, and IT environment.
Core Tasks
- Evaluate market and technology trends, developing process maps and solutions by industry.
- Support internal portfolio strategic planning and strengthen industry-specific service offerings.
- Map business processes to the company's IT architecture, ensuring efficient integration within the technological environment.
- Define requirements for customizations and integrations when standard solutions are insufficient.
- Conduct process and system reviews, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency.
- Support the definition of organizational structures, performance indicators, and key metrics, in conjunction with the Transformation Manager.
- Implement new processes, optimizing clients' business functions.
Minimum requirements
Experience and Education Requirements
- Experience: No prior experience is required, however, previous experience in related areas (functional experience with any SAP module or solution, with knowledge of the Intelligent Enterprise Suite and its end-to-end processes) will be a plus.
- Languages: Advanced English and knowledge of other additional languages are a plus.
- Education: Technical course or degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Compensation Range Transparency
SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
