Here your role will be:
- Possess a high capacity to communicate precisely and build trusting relationships with our partner teams. Work with passion, energy, and proactivity;
- Promote transformation and innovation in your day-to-day, actively participating in building customer journeys alongside the UX team with constructive indignation and aiming for the best experience.
- Have worked as a Product Owner or possess experience in conducting/leading projects.
- Know agile methodologies to structure conception, prioritization, refinement, planning, daily, and retro with the multidisciplinary team.
- Skill in conducting refinements and prioritizing the backlog and product MVPs, supporting the development team, detailing user stories and functional questions.
- We are looking for a person with experience and a strong focus on a data-driven culture, capable of leading initiatives that transform data into insights for decision-making.
- Conduct meetings and committees with the business to understand and map requirements and needs, defining clear and objective acceptance criteria. Our Business Owner is the People (Human Resources) area.
- Have a clear view of the landscape and progress of work fronts and report their status and potential risks (with suggestions for action/contingency plans) to key stakeholders;
- Communicate to stakeholders and others involved about the status of demands and new implementations, as well as the roadmap of planned implementations using the MVP concept.
- Perform end-to-end requirement mapping, monitoring product development, interacting with various areas (Technology, Products, Operations, and other partner areas).
- Lead testing and homologation of demands developed with the team;
- Participate in deployments (availability on weekends and at night is required), ensuring that the developed demands perform to the previously defined scope;
- Communicate in English and Spanish at an advanced/fluent level to conduct projects and meetings with teams in Madrid and Dallas.
