Here your role will be:
- Possess a high capacity to communicate precisely and build trusting relationships with our partner teams. Work with passion, have energy and proactivity;
- Promote transformation and innovation in your daily life, actively participating in the construction of customer journeys with the UX team with constructive indignation and aiming for the best experience.
- Have worked as a Product Owner or have experience in leading/managing projects.
- Know agile methodologies to structure conception, prioritization, refinement, planning, daily, and retro with the multidisciplinary team.
- Skill in conducting backlog refinement and prioritization, and MVP definition for products, supporting the development team, detailing user stories and functional questions.
- We are looking for someone with experience and a strong focus on data-driven culture, capable of leading initiatives that transform data into insights for decision-making.
- Lead meetings and committees with the business to understand and map requirements and needs, defining clear acceptance criteria and objectives. Our Business Owner is the People (Human Resources) area.
- Have a clear vision of the panorama and progress of the work fronts and report their status and possible risks (with suggestions for action/contingency plans) to key stakeholders;
- Communicate to stakeholders and others involved about the status of demands and new implementations, as well as the roadmap of planned implementations using the MVP concept.
- Perform end-to-end requirements mapping, monitoring product development, interacting with various areas (Technology, Products, Operations, and other partner areas).
- Lead testing and homologation of developed demands with the team;
- Participate in deployments (availability on weekends and during night periods is necessary), ensuring that the developed demands fulfill the previously defined scope;
- Communicate in advanced/fluent English and Spanish to lead projects and meetings with teams in Madrid and Dallas.
