Here, your role will be
- Work on the support and evolution of cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS.
- Work on the support and evolution of on-premises infrastructure in Linux and Windows environments.
- Support development teams in creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
- Ensure system availability through alert management and proactive monitoring.
- Perform troubleshooting and follow-up on critical incidents, conducting root cause analysis (post-mortem).
- Promote an observability culture by implementing metrics and dashboards that provide business visibility.
- Actively collaborate with different teams, serving as a facilitator for requests involving the production environment.
Essential Requirements
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Proficiency in access and security management using IAM Policies and Roles.
- Advanced experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration.
- Practical experience with containers and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in observability tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK stack - Elasticsearch/Kibana).
- Solid fundamentals in networking (VPC, Subnets, DNS, Rules).
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with APM tools, specifically Dynatrace.
- Experience with AWS, focusing on serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, S3).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps/SRE culture.
- Automation capability via scripts (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Practical use of Artificial Intelligence.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaborative profile, and resilience to handle dynamic environments.
