Job Title: Senior Manager – Aftermarket Product Performance Analytics & Data Systems

The salary range for this role is 101,500 CAD - 151,500 CAD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. RTX offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, disability benefits, a retirement savings program, and tuition assistance through RTX’s Employee Scholar Program. Eligibility for specific benefits is based on factors such as position level, employment type (e.g., temporary or permanent), and business unit, and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. What will your day to day look like?

  1. Lead product performance digital systems, analytics, and data products in Customer Programs.
  1. Define digital product strategy, roadmap, KPIs, budgets, and delivery priorities.
  1. Partner cross-functionally with Business System Transformation team, Engineering, Operations, IT, MRO, and external suppliers to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
  1. Oversee data products, analytics models, reporting, workflows, and reliability insights.
  1. Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and audit readiness across enterprise systems.
  1. Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and predictive maintenance capabilities through analytics and DPHM integration.
  1. Manage suppliers and translate stakeholder needs into scalable digital solutions.
  1. Serve as the senior owner for product performance systems and data quality.
