Position Responsibilities
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, defining vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
- Gather stakeholder input, prioritize features, and ensure cross-team alignment for project management
- Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring the RDS platform meets accessibility and usability standards
- Write and maintain code in HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python to enhance web interfaces and functionality
- Utilize data and automation tools for data analysis and create scripts to streamline processes and improve accuracy
- Design user-friendly interfaces for responsive layouts across all devices, optimizing websites for speed and scalability
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 years of specific experience
- Proficiency in HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive design practices.
- Experience with design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Understanding of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
- Knowledge of RESTful API practices including tools such as POSTMAN.
- Ability to create mockups, prototypes, and wireframes that align with business goals and user needs
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
