Job Description
- You will support the development of AI-powered ideas and solutions for an even better customer experience.
- You will contribute to analyzing customer needs, feedback, and data, and derive initial insights.
- You will further develop customer journeys, dialogues, and CRM measures with a customer focus.
- You will work on concrete AI use cases – for example, around chatbots, recommendations, or automations.
- Together with specialist departments, IT, and other colleagues, you will support projects from idea to implementation.
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
- You are enthusiastic about customer experience, artificial intelligence, digital products, and customer-oriented solutions.
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach, and the drive to independently explore new topics characterize you.
- You enjoy communicating, work in a team-oriented manner, and present your ideas clearly.
- You already have initial practical experience with AI – for example, in the conception or development of a chatbot. Knowledge of agentic AI systems is a plus.
