Job Description
- You develop and implement AI solutions for active reinsurance.
- You work in an agile Dev-Sec-Ops team as part of the release train according to SAFe.
- You analyze and understand business use cases and processes in the reinsurance environment.
- You operate and continuously develop the resulting solutions.
- You are always up-to-date with knowledge on AI.
Qualifications
- You have a completed university degree with a relevant focus (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science).
- You bring several years of professional experience in Data Science.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Generative AI, agent systems, and classic Machine Learning.
- You have experience with Azure Cloud, Python, and GitLab, and are familiar with agile project management according to SAFe.
- You use AI specifically in software development and for architectural decisions.
- You are a team player, communicative, and enjoy working in a dynamic team.
- Experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry is an advantage.
