Your role in this journey
- Design and implement technological solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and AI features from the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Develop applications, automations, and analyses with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Act in the design of solution architectures, system integrations, and definition of development best practices.
- Map business processes and transform client needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and adoption of Generative AI.
- Act in a consulting capacity with clients and stakeholders, contributing to the evolution of solutions and value generation for the business.
- Support the technical development of more junior professionals by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Minimum requirements
If you have the following requirements, this opportunity might be yours:
- Experience in developing Low-Code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Microsoft AI solutions, such as AI Builder, Azure AI, Azure Foundry, and Copilot Studio.
- Knowledge of solution architecture, system integration, and development best practices.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into efficient and scalable technical solutions.
- Experience in automation projects, digital transformation, and implementation of solutions with Power Platform.
- Experience with Generative AI and virtual agents.
- Involvement in consulting projects with direct interface with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with mentoring, technical guidance, or supporting professional development.
- Clear communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, organization, proactivity, and adaptability.
- Technical English for reading documentation and keeping up with new technologies will be considered an important differential.
Education
Completed Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
It might be a differential if you have
- Microsoft certifications, especially PL-900 and PL-200.
- Experience acting as a Tech Lead or technical reference in projects.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Experience with Gemini Enterprise and other AI platforms beyond the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience in innovation initiatives, intelligent automation, and adoption of Generative AI in a corporate environment.
- Experience in technical leadership and team mentoring.
