Project Manager | Pontiac, MI | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite)
Heartline Staffing is hiring a Project Manager in Pontiac, Michigan.
POSITION OVERVIEW •
- Oversee one or more information technology projects for a government organization •
- Build project teams, manage schedules and budgets, and guide projects from start to finish •
- Serve as the liaison between project team members and the functional areas requesting projects •
- Work in a Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, and Agile environment
- Lead IT projects that support public sector operations •
- Opportunity to contribute to cybersecurity initiatives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •
- Oversee one or more projects •
- Assemble project teams and assign individual responsibilities •
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets •
- Determine resource needs and work with supervision to acquire them •
- Oversee project progress and workload through the duration of each project •
- Serve as liaison between team members and the functional area requesting the project

Requirements •
- Must be local to Pontiac •
- Tools: CA Clarity Portfolio Management, MS Project, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams •
- Agile methodologies
- 5 years of experience REQUIRED •
- Experience overseeing one or more projects, including assembling teams, assigning responsibilities, and managing schedules, budgets, and resources REQUIRED •
- Experience serving as liaison between project teams and requesting functional areas REQUIRED •
- Experience with CA Clarity Portfolio Management, MS Project, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Microsoft 365 Services, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams REQUIRED •
- Experience with Agile methodologies REQUIRED •
- Must be local to Pontiac, Michigan and able to work onsite 2 days per week REQUIRED •
- Experience with cybersecurity projects preferred
