Overview
We are looking for someone passionate about data, with an analytical vision and the ability to transform information into strategic business insights. This position will play a fundamental role in supporting the media and client services areas, contributing with actionable analyses, recommendations, and performance reports that aid decision-making and result generation. The role will involve close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, with a high level of ownership and autonomy.

Responsibilities
- Develop performance analyses and generate strategic recommendations for different business fronts.
- Build and evolve dashboards, reports, and performance tracking.
- Translate large volumes of data into clear and actionable insights.
- Support media and client teams in interpreting results and opportunities.
- Participate in executive presentations and sharing of recommendations.
- Contribute to the structuring, standardization, and continuous improvement of analytical processes.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and value generation for the business.
Qualifications

- Execution-oriented profile, focused on problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ease in presentations and interaction with diverse audiences.

- Solid experience with data analysis and generating business insights.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with databases, preferably BigQuery.
- Experience in building dashboards and visualizations using Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
- Ability to develop executive presentations and data storytelling.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and applications focused on productivity and efficiency gains.
- Advanced English will be considered essential for positions with global interaction.
- Knowledge of Python will be considered a plus.
