As a Solution Architect Google Workspace (w/m/d)
you bridge the gap between IT requirements and innovative solution designs. As a digital native, you take end-to-end responsibility: you advise the customer's IT, design tailor-made architectures, can explain them comprehensibly, and then build the systems yourself.
What you will do
- Architecture & Design: You are responsible for the high-level design and conception of secure Google Workspace infrastructures (Identity Management/SSO, role concepts, security policies, MDM).
- Hands-on Implementation & Migration: Thanks to your hands-on mentality, you don't just stop at theory, but implement the designed architectures and migrations (e.g., from M365 to Google Workspace) yourself in the Admin Console.
- Advisory & Workshops: You advise IT departments at eye level, prepare demanding architecture and security workshops, and conduct them as a confident tech advocate.
- Presales & Solutions: As a Presales Driver, you actively participate in the presales phase, analyze existing IT landscapes, and develop future-proof solution architectures.
- Support & On-call: You support with escalated technical problems in support, ensure ongoing operations within the scope of rotating on-call duty, and create sustainable system documentation.
What you bring
- Experience: Several years of in-depth professional experience in the conception and implementation of workplace solutions (ideally Google Workspace or M365).
- Tech Know-how: As a tech enthusiast, you have deep knowledge of the Google Admin Console, Security & Compliance (Vault, DLP), and identity topics. Scripting skills and experience with migration tools (CloudM, GAM, etc.) round off your profile.
- Architecture & Consulting Competence: You have the ability to analyze complex issues in a structured way, communicate them convincingly to customers, and design viable architectures.
- Implementation Strength: In addition to your strength in conception, you are characterized by a strong hands-on mentality – you work independently and love to build systems operationally.
- Confident Communication: Fluent communication skills in German or English.
- Team Spirit and Drive: You convince with results orientation and the joy of collaborating with our diverse team.
