As a Senior Consultant Google Workspace (w/m/d), you combine technical expertise with strong consulting skills. You are the central point of contact for our customers' IT departments: you understand their requirements, design suitable architectures, explain the background at eye level, and technically implement the solutions together with the team.
This is what you will do
- Technical Consulting & Workshops: You will independently advise our customers' IT teams on all facets of Google Workspace, develop individual strategies, and conduct practical workshops (e.g., on Security & Governance).
- Conception & Architecture: You will create customized security, rights, and role concepts, plan Identity & Access Management solutions (SSO), and produce well-founded technical documentation.
- Presales & Enablement: As a Presales Driver, you will support our sales team in the offer phase with technical expertise and convincing solution approaches.
- Project Execution & Migration: You will conceptually support migration projects (e.g., from M365) and implement them together in the squad – including Device Management (MDM) and compliance setups (Google Vault, DLP).
- Support & On-Call Duty: As part of our rotating on-call duty, you will support the smooth IT operation for our existing customers.
This is what you bring
- Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environment (e.g., as an IT Consultant, Systems Engineer, or Fachinformatiker).
- IT Consulting Skills: As a tech enthusiast, you communicate confidently with IT managers, moderate workshops in a structured manner, and translate technical complexity into clear concepts.
- Mindset: You have a strong hands-on mentality, work independently, and are a pragmatic problem solver.
- Tech Know-How: Confident use of the Google Admin Console and modern security standards. Migration experience and knowledge of scripting or tools (CloudM, GAM, AvePoint) are a big plus.
- Confident Communication: Fluent communication skills in German or English.
- Teamwork and Drive: You convince with results orientation and the joy of working with our diverse team.
