Your tasks will include

You will be responsible for the technical conception of the Partner Relationship Management system (PRM) based on the BSI Customer Suite, which will be implemented by an external software provider.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between requesters and application developers, coordinating implementations.

What you bring to the table

  1. A successfully completed university degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Business Mathematics, or a comparable field/education.
  1. Several years of experience as a Solution Designer or Requirements Engineer, or as an Application Developer, ideally in the context of CRM/PRM systems or comparable sales systems.
  1. Solid experience in requirements analysis and specification (e.g., through interviews, workshops, modeling, creation of use cases/user stories).
  1. Strong technical understanding, analytical and conceptual skills, and a structured, quality-oriented approach.
  1. Enjoyment of communication and coordination with various stakeholders (business departments, IT, governance functions, external service providers).
  1. Experience working with external software providers or implementation partners is advantageous.
  1. Practical experience in designing and implementing solutions in an AWS cloud or comparable cloud environment.
  1. Ideally, experience working in agile teams.
