Then you have come to the right place! As a Working Student IT & AI (m/f/d), you will support us in further advancing the use of modern technologies within our corporate group. From Microsoft 365 to Copilot and digital processes and automation, you will work on topics that sustainably improve the everyday working lives of our employees. In doing so, you will get to know different IT topics, work on concrete projects, and be able to take on your own responsibilities step by step.
Function and Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 & digital collaboration: You will support the maintenance and further development of our Microsoft-365 environment and help make digital work processes simpler, more efficient, and more user-friendly. In doing so, you will get to know modern applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive and support their use in everyday corporate life.
- AI & Microsoft Copilot: You will try out new AI tools, support the introduction and use of Microsoft Copilot, and identify concrete use cases that make everyday work easier for our teams. You will analyze existing processes, develop ideas for AI-supported solutions together with the team, and help open up new possibilities for the meaningful use of artificial intelligence in our corporate group.
- IT support in day-to-day business: You will support our employees and partner companies with technical questions and contribute to providing digital workplaces reliably and efficiently. In doing so, you will get to know different requirements and systems and continuously develop your technical knowledge.
- User and device management: You will assist in the setup and administration of user accounts, permissions, and end devices, as well as in the provision of hardware and software. You will gain insights into modern cloud and identity management solutions within the Microsoft-365 environment.
- IT projects & process optimization: You will work on concrete IT, digitalization, and automation projects, contribute your own ideas, and support the accompaniment of new solutions from the initial idea to implementation. This includes, for example, the optimization of existing workflows, the introduction of new digital tools, and the development of AI-supported processes.
- Documentation & knowledge building: You will document solutions and processes in an understandable way and contribute to making IT knowledge accessible within the team and the corporate group. In doing so, you will learn how to prepare technical contexts in a structured manner and pass on knowledge in an understandable way.
Skills and Experience
- IT-related studies: You are at least in the 4 semester of your studies, ideally in computer science, business informatics, IT management, or a comparable degree program, and have already been able to gain initial practical experience. It is especially important to us that you have a passion for IT, digital tools, and AI.
- Strong affinity for AI: You follow current developments in artificial intelligence, enjoy trying out new tools, and take pleasure in finding out how new technologies can be meaningfully used in everyday work.
- Interest in Microsoft-365: You have initial experience with Microsoft 365 or bring the motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with new applications, admin interfaces, and digital collaboration tools.
- Basic technical understanding: You enjoy IT topics, quickly understand technical contexts, and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new systems. You also approach unknown questions with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Service orientation & team spirit: You communicate in a friendly and understandable way, work carefully, and enjoy supporting colleagues with digital challenges.
- Reliability & initiative: You work in a structured and reliable manner, think ahead, and contribute your own ideas. You are eager to try out new things, familiarize yourself with different topics, and increasingly take on responsibility for your tasks.
