Today's problems cannot be solved with yesterday's methods. That is why ProjectTogether brings people from society, politics, and business together to take collective action. We call this Collective Action. We are pragmatic idealists: we think about the new while working in the now.

ProjectTogether is a non-profit organization. We are convinced that things can be better. Germany can solve the problems of our time more effectively. We want to contribute to this by providing an update to our social operating system.

In our missions, we demonstrate how a different way of working together leads to better results: from individual solutions to alliances, from fragmentation to coordination, from distrust to trust, and from a sense of entitlement to active participation.

This is how we bring hundreds of people from different areas of society together: from mayors to activists, from founders to state secretaries, from family business owners to regional shapers. We build broad alliances that develop and implement solutions in new ways.

We are already using AI in our daily work, but we want to continue to evolve and develop AI-first solutions. We are looking for reinforcements and look forward to growing our team.

You will bring AI and other technologies into the daily work of our teams. To do this, you will work directly with colleagues from across the organization: you will understand their challenges, develop suitable solutions, and implement them pragmatically.

We are looking for a tech-enthusiastic person who follows new AI developments, enjoys working close to real-world problems, learns quickly, and is eager to try out and implement new things with AI.
