Monday to Thursday from 09h00 to 18h00; Friday from 09h00 to 14h00

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the implementation of the ERP transition/migration to SAP S/4HANA (from the current SAP Fiori environment).

Management and administration of the Google Workspace platform.

Lead digitalization and business process automation initiatives.

Vendor Management: Negotiate and coordinate with technology partners, consultants, and hardware/software vendors, ensuring compliance with signed SLAs, as well as contract signing, management, and follow-up.

Perform duties in compliance with internal Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety procedures, or other internal procedures resulting from implemented management systems.

Comply with occupational health and safety standards defined by the company inherent to the workstation, tools, equipment, materials, and products used, reporting any anomaly or security failure detected during work.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Higher education degree in IT

Specific/legal training: Certification or technical training in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum)

Other: Knowledge of networks and systems, SAP ERP (focus on SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori), and management of ERP implementation or migration projects. Proficiency in Google Workspace administration and collaboration tools; Knowledge and practice in process automation tools/methodologies (RPA, Low-Code/No-Code, Workflows); Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Experience: Preferred in similar previous roles
