As Salesforce’s marketing platforms evolve, our customers need guidance on both sides of the transition: optimizing and modernizing Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and adopting Marketing Cloud Next. The Solution Architect designs and implements technical solutions across both products, helping customers decide what belongs where, how the pieces connect to Salesforce CRM and Data 360, and how to get there with minimal disruption.
This role leads solution design and oversees build work and quality assurance. A high-performing Solution Architect leads both technical and business consulting work and is a trusted advisor to marketing and sales leaders.
Salesforce certifications will be verified during the application process.
