Main responsibilities
What your day-to-day will look like
You will be part of multidisciplinary teams responsible for delivering medium and high complexity projects, acting from planning to implementation and technical documentation of solutions. Your focus will be on technical execution, deployment of industrial observability platforms, specialized customer support, and interaction with manufacturers to ensure excellent delivery.
Main responsibilities
- Act as a technical reference for industrial observability solutions, especially Claroty or Nozomi.
- Conduct and execute technical activities related to project delivery.
- Act as the technical lead for medium and high complexity projects.
- Plan and execute deployments, field activities, and scheduled maintenance windows.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, and project reports.
- Support incident and problem resolution related to implemented solutions.
- Interact with and manage manufacturers in technical discussions and specialized support.
- Perform technical inspections, site surveys, and installations in industrial environments.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Ensure deliveries align with project scope, schedule, and quality standards.
What we are looking for
- Experience with Claroty or Nozomi solutions.
- Knowledge of LAN networks and industrial environments (OT).
- Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting technological solutions.
- Experience in industrial observability projects.
- Knowledge in preparing technical project documentation (HLD and LLD).
- English for communication in global corporate environments.

Education
Completed degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Networks, Information Security, or related fields.
It will be a plus if you have
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards, especially IEC 62443.
- Knowledge in virtualization.
- Understanding of static and dynamic routing (OSPF and BGP).
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Claroty, Nozomi, or IEC 62443 certifications.
- Cisco certifications related to networks and security.
