Your Mission
- You will be responsible for independently creating security and company-specific guidelines for all phases of the DevOps lifecycle
- You will conduct DevSecOps assessments and maturity analyses, and provide holistic consulting in DevSecOps (covering "People", processes, and technology)
- You will lead the design of Security Champion Programs to enhance companies' security culture and be responsible for presenting recommendations to leadership
- You will analyze Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) architectures and independently derive measures to secure the entire ecosystem and integrate IT security
- You will ensure the security of tools and processes in the development chain, from inception to delivery, within the context of the CI/CD methodology
Minimum requirements
Your Skillset
- You hold a degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of extensive experience in IT Security, with a background in software development (e.g., Java, Python, NodeJS), focusing on secure application development
- You possess in-depth experience with Application Security Testing tools (e.g., SAST, SCA, DAST, IAST, Penetration Testing)
- You have demonstrable experience in DevSecOps with relevant processes, tools, and architectures, as well as practical knowledge in cloud environments
- Excellent German and good English language skills, along with a willingness to travel for selected client projects, are required
