Manager, Vendor Governance, Contracts, and Continuous Improvement IT
About the opportunity
At Pharmascience IT, each role fits into a clear framework: Plan, Build, Run, or Secure. Plan defines the technology landscape required to support business strategy; Build delivers it; Run keeps it operational and adapted to needs; Secure keeps it protected and compliant. Each role is accountable for a distinct and measurable contribution, serving a collective outcome based on collaboration between pillars.
As Manager, Vendor Governance, Contracts, and Continuous Improvement IT, you are responsible for the transversal governance framework for vendors and contracts within RUN. You own the Vendor Management, Contract Management, and transversal Continuous Improvement portfolio processes. You consolidate performance, risks, obligations, expenses, and deadlines to support RUN decisions, while respecting the accountability of SDMs for their services and the functional authority of Secure, Quality, Finance, and Procurement.

PBR GOVERNANCE AND COLLABORATION
- Clarify and maintain the responsibility interfaces between Plan, Build, Run, and Secure for processes owned by the role.
