WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?
- Responsible for the commercialization of Maintenance Plans and Volvo Connect.;
- Perform addendums to Maintenance Plans, when necessary;
- Conduct periodic customer visits;
- Follow procedures, policies, and standards for the commercialization of Maintenance Plans and Volvo Connect;
- Train customers on how to use Volvo Connect;
- Focus on total customer satisfaction;
- Establish partnerships with commercial areas for follow-up on new vehicles sold;
- Prepare visit/training reports;
- Provide quotes for Gold and/or Silver PMs for 100% of new vehicles sold.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Desired higher education in Business Administration and/or other areas of management or marketing; *
Minimum requirements
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; *
- Must have a driver's license.
One year with the company or one year in the current role.
